2019

Grenada National Resort

HSG International becomes the official developer of Grenada National Resort, Grenada’s premier citizenship-by-investment destination in the spectacular Levera in the north of the Spice Isle.

2024

Delivery and Design Acceleration

Delivery and design acceleration: materials and site operations fully mobilized; foundational and structural works advanced; quality testing strengthened; landscape design awarded; Phase II concept and marketing prepared; hotel tower pile testing initiated; community support provided after a hurricane.

2026

Pre‑opening Operations

Commissioning of key amenities, pre‑opening operations and staffing, sustainability and community initiatives, and final readiness milestones.

2023

Phase 1 momentum

Phase 1 momentum accelerates; inspections conducted by Grenada’s agencies for investment migration, environment, planning

2025

Vertical Construction

Focus on vertical construction and interiors across Phase 1, continued golf course delivery, brand and operator integration, and staged sales releases for Veravista apartments and select villas, subject to approvals and schedule.

Grand Opening

Grand opening of Grenada National Resort: a flagship for the Caribbean with 500 ocean‑view suites, Grenada’s first 18‑hole golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones II as well as the opening of Veravista Apartments and our exclusive rainforest Villa properties.
